  • Shipping: Small items (sheets, boxes) via parcel: 5-10 days. Foldable beds via freight: 7-20 business days . You'll receive tracking and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and destination. Foldable beds have separate freight charges shown at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

  • Foldable Beds: Yes, most require assembly (unfolding mechanism, attaching legs or supports). Instructions and tools included. Often requires two people .

  • Storage Boxes: Some may require assembly (folding or snapping together); others are ready to use .

  • Bed Sheets: No assembly required.

5. What materials are used?

  • Foldable Beds: Metal frame (steel), wood slats, fabric cover (polyester, cotton).

  • Bed Sheets: Cotton, microfiber, bamboo, linen, blends – thread count varies.

8. How do I care for my bed sheets?

  • Before First Use: Wash before using to remove manufacturing residues .

  • Avoid: Bleach, fabric softener (coats fibers, reduces breathability) .

  • Drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles .

10. What is LTL freight delivery?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items like foldable beds. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – the driver will not bring items inside unless White Glove service was purchased .
