Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be undamaged and in original condition to qualify for a return.
- If the return is due to a quality issue or defect, we will provide a full refund and cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference (no quality issue), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund, processed promptly.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- For custom or personalized items that have not yet shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued.
- Custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return.
